EPS Westcoast Construction was established in 1989 to address the property restoration and maintenance issues facing both owners and property managers. Today, EPS Westcoast maintains all of the necessary in-house, multi-disciplined skills required to solve the restoration or maintenance problems of its commercial and residential clients.

WARRANTIES

EPS Westcoast is an HPO Licensed Building Envelope Renovator (contractor), supplying third-party warranty on all applicable building restoration projects. EPS Westcoast provides a one to five year warranty on all labour and materials. In addition to supporting all EPS product manufacturer’s warranties, we provide a Responsible Contractor Warranty: should any work previously undertaken by EPS Westcoast fail, we will uncover and repair the problem at no cost to the client.
